Salesforce Administrator
In April 2025, Kandu Health and Neurolutions merged to form Kandu Inc. to pioneer an integrated approach to stroke recovery, combining FDA-cleared brain-computer interface technology with personalized telehealth services. Kandu extends recovery beyond the hospital through principal illness navigation, providing one-on-one education, care coordination, and advocacy; grounded in clinical evidence and informed by the lived experiences of patients and their families.
We are seeking a remote Salesforce Administrator who’s eager to learn, grow, and help streamline how our teams use Salesforce to deliver outstanding service and operational efficiency. This role will support the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with our operations, sales, and service teams to ensure data accuracy, enable process automation, and help users get the most out of Salesforce.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, permissions, data management, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and improve custom fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist in testing, documenting, and deploying updates and automation (Flows, validation rules, etc.).
- Monitor data integrity and assist with data imports, deduplication, and clean-up efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Clinical Operations) to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Provide end-user support and training to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Partner with senior admins and developers on ongoing platform enhancements and integrations.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.

- Interest in learning more advanced Salesforce tools, integrations, and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of Salesforce admin experience (internship or professional).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred or willingness to earn.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and imports.
